Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia. These may include, but are not limited to USA.

If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. When you come to our website we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating  system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings. Our website may from time to time use cookies to analyses website traffic and help us provide a better website visitor experience. In addition, cookies may be used to serve relevant ads to website svisitors through third party services such as Google Adwords. These ads may appear on this website or other websites you visit.

Events; Any events booked through Vivid Motorsports & have to be resechulded due to unforseen circumstances, your entry will be moved to next avaliable event. This can be done at any time & you may not be notified.

Our site may from time to time have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or approval of these websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practises of other such websites. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our website, to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal identifiable information.

 

11. Membership change of mind policy
 

You have 5 business days to contact VIVID via email or mobile to cancel your membership if you change your mind, if this is done 50% will be refunded back to you. If you make contact outside of this time, nothing further can be done regarding your payment / membership.

 

12. Refunds
 

Refund policy is listed on the event & are stricly followed.

Refunds for products are only applied if item is not received 60 days after intial purchase is made. Item must not damaged or broken & sent back. Item cost will only refunded not postage fee.

No other option is avaliable.

 

EVENTS;

 

SCRUTINEERING

Vehicles must be race worthy.  It is not always a condition (venue dependant) that you have a fire extinguisher, or a tow point but they are both highly recommended!  If you do not have a tow point then you are required to nominate (with a large visible sticker) where you wish the tow rope to be hooked onto your car, front & back. No oil leaks, no loose items in the car, battery secure, good RWC condition tyres & working seatbelt / harness’.  You must complete a vehicle equipment checklist before the event. 

 

CLOTHING:

Driver and Passengers MUST wear either full racing suit or neck to wrist / neck to ankle clothing non-flammable cotton, or wool, No Nylon.  Proper enclosed footwear – non-flammable.  No thongs or sandals.  Helmets must comply with current Australian Standard must be worn (ASA or Snell Sticker)

 

NOISE:

All vehicles must have and effective muffler fitted to the vehicles exhaust system in a manner which will reduce the engine noise.  Maximum noise level is 75dba.

 

PASSENGERS:

Passengers are allowed but must sign a Passenger indemnity form.  The clothing requirements are listed above in point 4.  They will also receive an armband, which must be shown to the Grid Marshall prior to entering the Track.

 

TIMING - Venue Dependant

You will receive a timing Transmitter when you sign on.  This is too placed inside the car.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU RETURN THE TRANSMITTER PRIOR TO LEAVING THE CIRCUIT OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

Times can be downloaded from www.natsoft.com.au after the end of the day, or viewed via the Natsoft Live Timing Feed on the Natsoft website.

 

TRACK TIME - Venue Dependant

Each driver should get a minimum of 5 sessions for the day.  That is dependent on the number of recoveries and break downs that occur during the day.

 

TRACK DAMAGE:

Any damages caused to track, surface or structures at venue which aren’t deemed general wear and tear will be charged accordingly to the entrant.
